It's fun and maddening to think about. I want to say that it just happens and that God works with it. If God really does cause all things to happen because He created all things... then I just slip (or dive) into a world of universalism and salvation for all. Grace given to me makes me want to believe that grace is eventually experienced by all. Why am I worthy of receiving it if there is even one person who is not? The chicken or the egg? The combination we live in of not understanding much of what happens but knowing that it is all for His glory and correct reminds me of another old Biblical hymn of the church, "I know WHO I have believed and am persuaded that He is able..." So glad its not what I know, but who.
